My blog for my 8th grade reading class can be found at http://kwarehime.wordpress.comHaving two blogs, it is interesting to see the difference between the two hosting sites. Wordpress--and I don't have a sophisticated Wordpress account--is a bit more advanced than Blogger. With Wordpress, I can see the statistics of how many people have viewed my site. I can tell what entries they looked at, if they clicked on assignments I up loaded. I can also tell if anyone performed a search to get to my site. Wordpress tells me the terms they used for their search. I am not terribly interested in creating a well-known blog at this point, but it is fun to see the number of view creep up. I have had that blog for about a week and so far I have had 81 views. This tells me that some parents must be out there looking at what I write. Unfortunately, I can't tell who. (And they don't count my own visits to the site.)
